> 3 cups water
> 6 bags green tea
> 3 tbsp honey
> 1 cucumber
> 3 inch piece fresh ginger
> 2 limes
> 1 pkg fresh mint
> 1 cup sparkling water chilled
> 2 cups ginger ale, chilled
> ice cubes
Bring 3 cups water to a boil and let steep with tea bags off the heat for 5 min.
Remove tea, stir in honey and leave for 30 min. Cool to room temperature, transfer to a pitcher and let chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Slice cucumber into ribbons using a vegetable peeler. Cut the ginger into the slices. Slice the lime into rings. Place cucumber, ginger, lime and mint in a punch bowl.
Pour sparkling water, ginger ale and cold tea into the bowl. Add ice and stir gently. Let stand for 15 min.
