1 head of cauliflower

1/4 cup vegan BBQ sauce, divided

1 Stonefire® Original Naan

1/2 cup Sabra® Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

1/2 cup sliced white button mushrooms

Preheat grill on high heat for 10 minutes. Slice cauliflower into 1-inch-thick steaks. Brush with 2 tbsp BBQ sauce.

Grill on high heat, 4 minutes per side. Remove from grill; chop into bite-sized pieces.

Lower grill to medium heat.

Spread Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus on Stonefire Original Naan, then top with cauliflower and mushrooms.

Place Sabra topped Stonefire Naan directly on grill, over medium heat; grill covered for 6-8 minutes.

Cut and garnish with remaining 2 tbsp BBQ sauce. Serve immediately. Refrigerate any leftovers.
