Grilled Chicken Caesar Sandwiches

Quick and casual, these juicy sandwiches deliver the crisp freshness of a Caesar salad with the satisfaction of a chicken dinner.

> 1 (1 lb) pkg Nature's Promise® Lemon Pepper Marinated Chicken Breast (4 pieces)
> 4 hamburger buns
> 1/2 head romaine lettuce
> 5 tbsp store-bought Caesar dressing, divided
> 2 tbsp mayonnaise
> 10- 15 store-bought Parmesan crisps

To Serve:

> Tomato
> Sliced red onion


Set a grill or grill pan to high. Remove the chicken from the marinade and pat dry. Cut breasts, if needed, to get 4 pieces total. Season with salt and pepper. Grill chicken 4–5 min. per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest 5 min. Meanwhile, lightly grill the buns 1–2 min., until toasted.
Thinly slice the romaine lettuce and add to a medium bowl. Toss with 1 tbsp Caesar dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the mayonnaise on buns. Place the Parmesan crisps on toasted bottom buns and top with chicken and 1 tbsp Caesar dressing per sandwich. Top with dressed lettuce, tomato, and onion. Serve immediately.
