Ingredients

> 1 lb ground chicken
> 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
> 2 tsp onion powder
> 2 tsp dried dill
> 1 tsp garlic powder
> 1 tsp dried parsley
> Cooking spray
> 4 whole-wheat buns
> 1/3 cup ranch dressing

To Serve:

> Sliced tomato
> Lettuce leaves
> Sliced red onion

Set a grill or grill pan to medium-high. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, bread crumbs, onion powder, dried dill, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Form mixture into 4 patties.

Coat the grill or grill pan with the cooking spray. Add patties to grill. Cook 6 min. per side, until internal temperature is 165°F. Add a burger to each bun and top with the ranch dressing. Add the tomato, lettuce, and onion to burgers and serve.
