Ingredients

> 4 corn cobs
> 1/4 cup Simply Enjoy chipotle lime butter
> 1 lime
> 1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco
> 1 tsp paprika

Set a grill to medium-high heat. Grill corn until grill marks form, turning occasionally, about 7 min. Slather corn cobs with butter and drizzle with juice from the lime. Season with crumbled queso fresco and paprika.

Can’t find lime butter? Make your own by mixing 1 tbsp lime juice and 1 tsp chile powder with 1 stick softened butter.
