Ingredients
>
Cooking spray
>
3 medium celery stalks
>
1 lemon, zested and juiced, divided
>
3 tbsp mayonnaise
>
1 1/2 tsp Old Bay ® Seasoning, divided
>
1/2 lb raw large shrimp, peeled and deveined
>
1 lb white fish fillets, such as tilapia or cod
>
1 large egg
>
1/4 cup chopped green onions
>
4 hamburger buns
Steps
1
Lightly grease grates with the cooking spray. Set grill to medium. Thinly slice the celery stalks, including any leaves. In a medium bowl, combine celery, ½ tsp lemon zest, 2 tsp lemon juice, mayonnaise, and ½ tsp seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
2
In a food processor, pulse the shrimp, fish, egg, and remaining 1 tsp Old Bay® seasoning until finely chopped and well blended. Transfer to a large bowl. Add the green onions and season with salt and pepper. Mix until combined. Form the mixture into 4 (¾-inch) patties.
3
Grill patties 4–5 min. per side, until lightly browned and cooked through. If desired, lightly toast the buns on grill for 1 min. Place seafood burgers on buns and top each seafood burger with celery slaw.
