3 tbsp ground cumin

1 1/2 tbsp ancho chile powder

1 1/2 tbsp granulated garlic

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp dried oregano

2 tsp sweet paprika

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

3/4 cup olive oil

3 (6 oz) pkgs portabella mushroom caps

Set grill to medium. In a medium bowl, stir together the cumin, chile powder, granulated garlic, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and sugar.

To bowl with seasoning mix, stir in the oil until well combined. Generously rub mushrooms all over with seasoning oil.

Cover and grill mushrooms 4–5 min. per side, until tender, occasionally brushing with any leftover seasoning oil. Transfer to a cutting board and thinly slice. Serve with tortillas, cheese, salsa, and guacamole.
