Grilled Shrimp and Plum Skewers

Salty-sweet, this 5-ingredient dish comes together in under 20 minutes thanks to a store-bought marinade. Serve these skewers with a salad or steamed rice.

> 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade, divided
> 1 lime
> 5 ripe plums
> 1 1/2 lbs frozen peeled, deveined large raw shrimp, thawed
> 1/4 cup chopped cilantro


Set grill or grill pan to medium. To a large bowl, add ¼ cup marinade. Into bowl, grate the zest and squeeze juice from the lime. Stir to combine.
Cut the plums into 6 wedges, discarding the pits. To bowl with marinade, add the shrimp and plums. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Alternating ingredients, thread plums and shrimp onto 10-inch skewers.
Add skewers to grill. Cook 6–8 min., until shrimp are cooked through and plums are tender, basting with remaining ¼ cup marinade and flipping occasionally. Transfer skewers to a serving platter. Garnish with the cilantro.
