> cooking spray
> 1 (8 oz) pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
> 1 (7 oz) container marshmallow creme
> 8 full graham crackers, plus more to serve
> 1 (12 oz) bag milk or dark chocolate morsels
> 3 cups mini marshmallows
> 1/2 cup finely chopped salted peanuts
> Fresh fruit like strawberries, to serve
Set grill to medium-high. Coat an 8- or 9-inch cast-iron skillet with the cooking spray. In a large bowl, stir together the cream cheese and marshmallow creme. Crush the graham crackers into small pieces.
Spread half of cream cheese mixture in prepared skillet. Top with half of the chocolate morsels, crushed graham crackers, mini marshmallows, and peanuts. Repeat for a second layer.
Place skillet on grill and close grill. Cook 15–20 min., until dip is hot and marshmallows are melted. Carefully remove skillet from grill. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, and fresh fruit for dipping.
Don’t have a grill? Baked uncovered at 400°F 15–20 min.
