Ingredients

> 2 tbsp sesame oil, divided
> 1 (1 lb) pkg 90% lean ground beef
> 1 (12.5 oz) pkg Taste of Inspirations Teriyaki Stir-Fry Kit
> 1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
> 1 (15.9 oz) pkg Nature's Promise® Precooked Brown Rice

Steps

1
Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet on high. Add the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook 6–8 min., until fully cooked, breaking up meat with a spatula as needed. Using a slotted spoon, transfer ground beef to a bowl.
2
Reduce heat to medium-high. Add the vegetables from the stir fry kit and water chestnuts. Cook 5–6 min., until vegetables are just tender, stirring occasionally. To skillet, add stir-fry kit sauce, reserved ground beef, ¼ cup water, and remaining 1 tbsp sesame oil. Cook 2–3 min., until the sauce has thickened slightly, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, heat rice according to package directions. Serve stir-fry over rice.

Tips

If desired, garnish with green onions.
