1 (2.1 oz) pkg Nature's Promise Free From Uncured Fully Cooked Bacon

2 tbsp chives

2/3 cup almond butter

1/4 cup raspberry jam

Preheat the oven to 325°F. Cut the baguette into ½-inch slices and arrange in single layer on a baking sheet. Brush with the oil and season with salt (in moderation). Bake 10–12 min., until crostini are crisp and golden. Remove from oven and let cool.

Prepare the bacon according to package directions. Crumble or chop bacon into small pieces.

Finely chop the chives. Spread the almond butter, then the jam onto each baguette slice. Sprinkle with bacon and chives.
Tips
Baguette can be toasted up to 1 day in advance, cooled, and stored in a sealed container at room temperature.
