8 oz elbow macaroni

1 (10 oz) pkg fresh broccoli florets

2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup diced onion

3 cups sliced mushroom

4 oz ham sliced

¾ cup ketchup

1 cup grated shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cook the macaroni according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside. Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook broccoli for 2 min. and drain. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the onion and mushrooms for 4 min. Meanwhile, cut the ham into pieces.

Mix the ham, ketchup, pasta and broccoli with the onion and mushrooms and stir in the baking dish with the Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake for about 15 min. in the middle of the oven.
