Honeydew Mint Smoothie

Kefir is cultured milk product that is very good for digestion. You can substitute buttermilk or plain (not Greek) yogurt if you prefer.

> 2 cups cubed melon (about 8 oz.)
> 1 cup plain kefir or drinkable yogurt
> 3  mint sprigs
> 1/2 cup sparkling water
> 1 tbsp lime juice


In a blender, whiz the melon, kefir, and mint until smooth. Add the sparkling water and lime juice and blend briefly. Pour into 2 large glasses and serve immediately.
