Ingredients

3 eggs

1/4 tsp kosher salt

1/8 tsp cream of tartar

1/2 cup cream cheese, at room temperature

1/2 tsp baking powder
>
1/4 cup pizza sauce
Pizza Toppings
>
1 (5 oz) pkg Hormel ® Pepperoni Cup N'Crisp
>
1 1/2 cups fresh mozzarella
>
green pepper slices

Heat oven to 300°F. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place egg whites in medium bowl. Add salt and cream of tartar to egg whites. Using a hand mixer, beat egg white mixture 2 to 3 minutes or until stiff peaks form.

Add cream cheese and baking powder to egg yolk bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix egg yolk mixture 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth.

Gently fold egg whites into egg yolk mixture.

Divide mixture into 6 mounds, 2 inches apart, onto prepared baking sheet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Set oven to BROIL.

Spread each bread with pizza sauce. Top with suggested toppings. Broil 5 to 7 minutes, watching carefully, until cheese is melted and pepperoni is crisped.
