This snack brings all the crunch for an afternoon pick-me-up. Sunflower seeds keep these nut-free, but you can top them with anything you like.

> 6 tbsp 1/3 less fat garden vegetable cream cheese, divided
> 2 medium celery stalks
> 1 tbsp roasted unsalted sunflower seeds


Spread 3 tbsp cream cheese onto each celery stalk. Cut into 2-inch lengths. Sprinkle with the sunflower seeds.
