> 12 mini sweet peppers
> 1 cup roasted garlic hummus
> 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Cut the peppers into halves lengthwise. Remove seeds.
Place the hummus in a resealable plastic bag and cut a small hole in the corner. Pipe hummus into pepper halves.
Arrange peppers on a large platter. Sprinkle the smoked paprika on top.
