1/2 (16 oz) pkg fusilli

1/3 cup olive oil

3 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1 pint grape tomatoes
>
1/2 English cucumber
>
1 cup grated carrots
>
1 cup mozzarella pearls
>
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)

Heat a large pot of salted water to a boil on high. Cook the pasta in boiling water according to package directions until al dente, and drain well.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together the oil, mayonnaise, vinegar, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper. Halve the tomatoes and finely chop the cucumber. To bowl, add tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, mozzarella, and olives, if using. Stir in cooked pasta and refrigerate until ready to serve.
