Mango Colada

If you can’t find mango juice, pineapple or orange juice makes a tasty substitute.

> 1 (15 oz) can cream of coconut
> 1 cup mango juice
> 2 cups frozen mango chunks
> 1 cup ice
> 2 limes
> 1/2 cup rum (optional)
> 4 maraschino cherries


To a blender, add the cream of coconut, mango juice, frozen mango chunks, ice, juice from 1 lime, and rum (optional). Blend until smooth.
Halve the remaining lime and thinly slice. Divide drink among 4 cocktail glasses. Garnish with lime slices and cherries.

Add a sprinkle of toasted coconut for extra flair.
