Mediterranean Turkey Wraps

Ingredients

> 4 large spinach wraps
> 1 lb thinly sliced Taste of Inspirations® Bruschetta Inspired Roasted Turkey Breast
> 1/2 cup roasted red pepper hummus
> 1 cup roasted red bell pepper strips
> 2 cups baby spinach
> 1/2 cucumber slices
> 1 cup  feta crumbles

Steps

Lay out spinach wraps on a clean surface. Spread 2 tbsp of hummus on one half of each of the wraps.

Layer the turkey on top of the hummus, followed by the red pepper strips, spinach, cucumbers and feta crumbles.

Roll the wraps up and slice into 3 pieces each. Serve with your favorite chip or crisp!
