> 2 cups cottage cheese
> 2 cups cut cantaloupe
> 2 cups cut watermelon
> 1/2 cup roasted salted almonds
> 1 lime
> 2 tbsp honey
> 2 tbsp fresh mint
Zest and juice the lime in a large bowl. Chop the almonds and add to the bowl with the honey. Tear the mint leaves and toss into the bowl with the melon chunks. Mix well.
Scoop ½ cup cottage cheese into a bowl. Top with 1 cup melon mixture. Enjoy!
