Mixed Berry–Spinach Smoothies

> 1 (10 oz) bag frozen berry medley
> 1 1/4 cups low-fat milk or plant-based milk
> 1 banana
> 1 1/2 cups packed baby spinach
> 2 tbsp maple syrup
> 2 tsp vanilla extract


In blender, purée the berry medley and milk. Add the banana, spinach, maple syrup, and extract, and blend until smooth.
Divide among 4 glasses and serve.
