Bring the chicken broth to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Meanwhile, beat together cream cheese and mustard.

Slowly beat the cheese mixture into the broth over low heat and stir to combine. Simmer for about 2 min., until sauce is reduced slightly. Stir in the herbs and serve over chicken or steak.
