3 scallions, sliced

1 tbsp toasted sesame oil

1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

3 tbsp honey
>
1 tbsp soy sauce

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 tsp chili flakes or chili paste (optional)

Chopped peanuts or cashews

Cilantro

1/4 cup Sriracha
>
1/4 cup honey

For the Slaw:

To Serve:

Toss slaw ingredients together in a large bowl. Add cilantro and scallions. Whisk Asian dressing ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour dressing into slaw and toss well.

Mix sriracha, honey and soy sauce together until completely combined.

For best results spiral cut the hot dogs and place hot dogs on a hot pan or grill. Make sure to get the hot dogs nice and brown. Once the hot dogs are cooked, dunk them in the sriracha honey sauce.

Place each hot dog on a bun. Top it off with some slaw and drizzle with a little more sriracha honey sauce, cilantro, and crushed nuts.
