Ingredients
>
2 1/2 cups granola
>
6 tbsp butter
>
1/2 cup peanut butter
>
6 oz white chocolate chips
Steps
1
Place granola in a resealable plastic bag and crush slightly using a rolling pin.
2
Add the butter and peanut butter to a small saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and butter has melted, about 5 min. Remove from heat.
3
Add the chocolate chips to the saucepan and stir until chocolate has melted. Mix the peanut butter mixture, chocolate and granola together until combined.
