Tater Bite Shepherd’s Pie

Frozen tater bites replace the mashed potatoes in this twist on a classic shepherd’s pie. Pre-made turkey gravy makes this one-pan recipe even easier.

> 1 tbsp olive oil
> 1 lb Nature's Promise® 94% Lean Ground Turkey
> 1 cup jarred turkey gravy
> 1 (16 oz) bag frozen peas and carrots, thawed and drained
> 3/4 (32 oz) bag frozen tater bites


Preheat oven to 400°F. In a 12-inch cast-iron skillet or ovenproof pan, heat the oil on medium-high. Add the turkey and cook 6–8 min., until browned, breaking up with wooden spoon. Season with salt and pepper. Remove skillet from heat.
To skillet, add the gravy. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer. Add the peas and carrots in an even layer on top of turkey mixture. Arrange the tater bites on top in a single layer. Bake 30–35 min., until tater bites are golden.


If desired, garnish with chopped parsley.
