No-Cook Tomato Pasta Sauce

Fresh tomatoes in season make the perfect raw sauce for pasta or use as a bruschetta topping.

> 1/4 cup chopped basil


Halve the tomatoes and use a rasp-style grater to grate into a bowl. Chop the basil and mix into the tomatoes with salt (in moderation) and pepper. Serve with pasta or bread.
