Orange-Glazed Meatballs

Turn frozen turkey meatballs and stir-fry vegetables into an easy five-ingredient dish with a sweet, flavorful sauce made from orange marmalade and hoisin. Serve with rice to round out the 15-minute meal.

Ingredients

> 3 green onions
> 1 (16 oz) bag frozen Asian stir-fry vegetable blend, thawed
> 1 (14 oz) pkg Nature's Promise® frozen fully cooked turkey meatballs, thawed
> 1/3 cup orange marmalade
> 3 tbsp hoisin sauce

Trim the green onions. Finely chop white parts and cut green parts into ½-inch pieces. In a deep 12-inch skillet, heat 1 tbsp canola oil on medium-high. Add all green onions and the stir-fry vegetable blend. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook 3–4 min., until vegetables are softened, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, in a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the meatballs on high 2–3 min., until warmed through.

To skillet, stir in the marmalade, hoisin sauce, and 2 tbsp water. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 2–3 min., until sauce slightly thickens, stirring occasionally. Add meatballs and simmer 1 min. more, stirring to coat in sauce.

Tips

Serve with microwavable jasmine rice.
