> 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas
> 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
> 1/2 (0.75 oz) pkg fresh tarragon
> 1 lemon
> 2 tbsp olive oil
Drain and rinse the chickpeas, and set in the bowl of a food processor with the thawed peas. Tear the tarragon and zest and juice the lemon.
Add tarragon and half the lemon zest and juice to the food processor along with the olive oil. Whiz to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish hummus with remaining lemon zest.
