1 (24 oz) bag Steam Easy Fingerling Potatoes

1 (12 oz) boneless sirloin steak

1 lb asparagus, trimmed

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup store-bought pesto

Microwave the potatoes according to package directions until tender. Meanwhile, season the steak with salt and pepper. Thinly slice steak into 1-inch slices. Cut the asparagus into 1-inch pieces.

In a 12-inch skillet, heat the oil on medium–high. Add asparagus and steak. Cook 4–5 min., until both the steak and asparagus are cooked, stirring occasionally. Remove skillet from heat, spooning out any liquid that has accumulated. Add cooked potatoes and pesto. Toss to coat and serve.
