Lay 2 tortillas on work surface. Leaving 1/2-inch border, spread tortillas with cream cheese, then pesto; top with salami and peppers. Tightly roll up tortillas; tightly wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to overnight.

Lay remaining 2 tortillas on work surface. Leaving 1/2-inch border, spread tortillas with horseradish sauce; top with beef, Cheddar cheese and tomato. Tightly roll up tortillas; tightly wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to overnight.

Remove plastic wrap from sandwiches; cut each crosswise into 8 (3/4-inch-thick) slices. Makes 32 pinwheels.
