Ingredients

2 (3.5 ounce) Simply Enjoy 85% cocoa dark chocolate bars

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
>
1/4 cup salted pistachios, chopped

Melt dark chocolate bars in a double boiler

Pour melted chocolate onto a parchment lined baking sheet

Melt white chocolate and drop in quarter size circles on top of dark chocolate. Swirl with the tip of a sharp knife or toothpick

Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and chopped salted pistachios. Press gently to stick

Allow to harden, then crack into pieces.
