Ingredients

1 tbsp canola oil

1 (16 oz) pkg frozen steam-in-bag seasoned Asian vegetables

1 (8.8 oz pkg 90-second brown rice

2 large eggs, beaten
>
½ cup lower- sodium teriyaki sauce
>
1 (12 oz) pkg World Menu frozen pork potstickers

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add vegetables and cook according to package directions. Meanwhile, microwave rice according to package directions.

Add cooked rice, beaten eggs, and 2 tbsp of the teriyaki sauce to vegetables. Stir-fry over medium heat for 3 min. or until ingredients are well-mixed and egg is cooked. Season with salt (in moderation) and pepper.

Microwave potstickers according to package directions. Serve with fried rice and remaining teriyaki sauce for dipping.
