Preheat the oven to 400°F. Arrange the flat breads on 2 sheet pans and divide the tomato sauce among them. Sprinkle ½ cup cheese on each. Set in the oven to cook 10 min.

While pizzas cook, make the sausage. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and remove sausage from casings into the pan. Fry over medium-high heat for about 7 min., or until no pinkness remains.

Remove pizza from the oven when cheese is bubbling. Divide the sausage meat among the 4 pizzas and enjoy.
