Ingredients

1 cup quinoa

1 cup fresh peas

1 cup frozen edamame, thawed

1 cup pecans

1 bunch radishes
>
1 cup seedless green grapes

3 tbsp Nature's Promise® White Balsamic Vinaigrette

2 tbsp honey
>
1/2 (6 oz) pkg crumbled Gorgonzola

Prepare the quinoa according to package directions. Cook the peas and edamame in boiling water for 7 min. and drain.

Meanwhile, coarsely chop the pecans and slice the radishes. Halve the grapes lengthwise.

Mix the vinaigrette and honey together in a bowl until well combined. Mix the quinoa and dressing with peas, edamame, radishes, and grapes. Top with nuts and Gorgonzola cheese.
