3 oz Brie cheese

1 (1.9 oz) pkg frozen phyllo shells

1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam

1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts

1/2 tsp finely chopped rosemary

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut the Brie into 15 (½-inch) cubes. Line a baking sheet with parchment and add the phyllo shells. Divide cheese among shells.

In a small bowl, combine the jam, walnuts, and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper. Top cheese in shells evenly with jam mixture. Bake 5–7 min., until cheese is melted. Let cool slightly before serving.
Tips
For a pop of color, garnish with chopped chives.
