Ingredients

> 1 cup roasted red peppers 
> 1 clove garlic
> 1 cup parsley
> 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
> 1/2 cup olive oil

In a food processor, pulse peppers, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan until finely chopped.
