Sweet roasted peppers are blended with garlic, parsley, and cheese for an addictive sauce that’s just waiting to be slathered on everything from poultry to rice.

> 1 cup roasted red peppers 
> 1 clove garlic
> 1 cup parsley
> 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
> 1/2 cup olive oil


Drain and rinse the roasted red peppers. Pat dry with paper towels.
In a food processor, pulse peppers, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan until finely chopped.
Pulse in olive oil until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
