Ricotta and Strawberry Baguette

A baguette smeared in butter, ricotta, and jam with fresh cut strawberries on top makes a lovely morning treat or a great dessert at the end of the day.

> 1 baguette
> 1/4 cup butter, at room temperature
> 1 cup fresh strawberries
> 1 cup ricotta
> 1/2 cup strawberry jam


Slice the baguette into ½-inch slices. Spread butter on both sides of each slice of bread. Toast bread on a grill pan for 2 min. per side until grill marks form.
Meanwhile, remove the stems and slice the strawberries. Spread ricotta on the top of each slice of bread. Top with a dollop of strawberry jam and finish with a few slices of strawberries.
