Ingredients

6 oz Ronzoni ® Bow Ties

2 cups fresh spinach leaves, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup green onions, sliced
>
1/4 cup light olive oil
>
2 tbsp lemon juice
>
1 tsp Dijon mustard
>
2 garlic cloves, chopped
>
1/2 tsp salt
>
1/2 tsp sugar
>
toasted pine nuts (optional)
Steps

Prepare pasta according to package directions.

In large bowl, combine cooked pasta, spinach, tomatoes and green onions.

In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except pine nuts; mix well.

Pour dressing over spinach mixture; toss well.

Top with pine nuts if desired.

Serve immediately.
