Ingredients

1 (14 oz) pkg Nature's Promise® Extra-firm Tofu

1 red onion

2 tbsp hoisin sauce

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp canola oil
>
2 tsp minced garlic
>
1 (12 oz) pkg shredded Brussels sprouts
>
1 (8 oz) can sliced bamboo shoots, drained

Drain the tofu, then set on a plate in between layered paper towels and press to remove as much moisture as possible.

Meanwhile, halve and thinly slice the onion, then set aside. In a large bowl, whisk hoisin and soy sauce together to emulsify.

Heat the oil in a large skillet. Remove tofu from “press” and chop into 1-inch cubes. Add the onion and stir-fry over medium-high heat for 2 min. Add the garlic and cook for 1 min.

Add tofu, Brussels sprouts, bamboo shoots, and sauce to pan and cook over high heat for 4 min. Reduce heat to medium and cook for another 4 min., or until Brussels sprouts have fully softened. Serve with noodles, rice, or à la carte.
