Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil

1 (8.8 oz) pkg Naan style flatbread

8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

1 lb thinly sliced Taste of Inspirations Bruschetta Inspired Roasted Turkey Breast

1 (6.5 oz) jar marinated quartered artichokes
>
1/4 cup Kalamata olives
>
2 tbsp freshly chopped basil

Preheat oven to 425F. Lay out the naan on a large baking tray.

Lightly brush Naan with the olive oil. Top with sliced fresh mozzarella, turkey, artichoke, and olives.

Place baking tray on the middle rack of the oven. Bake for 10-12 min or until cheese is melted and edges of Naan are crispy and golden brown. Remove, sprinkle with chopped basil and slice into wedges.
