Shrimp with Herb Sauce

> 1 cup basil
> 1 cup parsley
> 1 cup finely chopped chives
> 5 anchovy fillets
> 1 clove garlic, minced
> 2 tbsp capers
> 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
> ½ cup olive oil
> 1 lemon, halved
> 1 (12 oz) bag Nature's Promise® Free From Frozen Raw Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined


Purée basil, parsley, chives, anchovies, garlic, capers, vinegar, and 6 tablespoons oil in a food processor. Season with pepper. Juice 1 lemon-half, and cut the remaining half into 4 wedges.
Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet and cook the shrimp, tossing frequently, for about 6 min., or until just cooked through. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Serve shrimp with herb sauce and lemon wedges.
