Ingredients

1 (3- 4 lb) rack of pork baby back ribs

1 cup Taste of Inspirations Grilled Pineapple BBQ Sauce

1 tbsp minced garlic
>
1 tbsp minced ginger
>
1 tbsp sesame seeds
>
1/2 cup sliced green onions

Cut the rack of ribs in half and remove the thin membrane on the back of ribs.

Place ribs in a large 6 qt slow cooker. Pour Taste of Inspirations Grilled Pineapple BBQ Sauce over top of rib racks, then sprinkle minced garlic and ginger on top of the BBQ sauce.

Set slow cooker to HIGH. Cook for 3 hrs or until ribs are tender.

Remove ribs from slow cooker to a foiled lined baking tray. Set oven to HIGH broil, then brush the sauce from the slow cooker on top of the ribs. Broil for 3-5 min, watching until tops are lightly charred. Remove and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced scallions.
