6 large eggs

1 head iceberg lettuce

1 (16 oz) pkg frozen peas, thawed

1 (8 oz) bag shredded cheddar cheese

1 1/2 cups ranch dressing
Steps

Boil the eggs for 10 min., and rinse under cool running water. Shred lettuce, and place in large bowl. Peel and slice the eggs, and layer on top of lettuce. Top with peas and cheese. Pour ranch dressing over salad. Toss right before serving.
Tips
Add hearts of palm, canned corn, or olives for added flavor and texture.
