1 (16 oz) box spaghetti

1/3 cup parsley

1/4 cup basil

1/3 cup olive oil

2 tbsp minced garlic

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook the spaghetti in salted water, according to package directions until al dente and drain. Meanwhile, roughly chop the parsley and basil.

Heat the oil in a pan and cook the garlic over low heat until fragrant, about 3 min. Add the cooked spaghetti, parsley, basil, and half of the Parmesan. Use tongs to toss until cheese is slightly melted and ingredients are well combined. Season with salt (in moderation) and pepper. Divide pasta among 4 bowls and garnish with remaining Parmesan.
