Ever since World War II, canned Spam has been a staple ingredient for Hawaiians, who often pair it with rice or serve it on a bun.

Ingredients

> 1 (15.9 oz) pkg Nature's Promise® Precooked Brown Rice
> 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
> 1/2 bunch green onions
> 1/2 (12 oz) can 25% Less Sodium Spam
> 3 large eggs
> 2 tbsp vegetable oil
> 1 (16 oz) bag Nature's Promise® Organic Frozen Mixed Vegetables, thawed
> 3 tbsp oyster sauce
> Sriracha, for serving

Prepare the rice according to package directions. Finely chop the pineapple. Thinly slice the green onions and finely dice the Spam. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs.

In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil on medium-high. Add the eggs and cook 2 min., until just set, stirring often. Transfer to small bowl.

To same skillet, add remaining 1 tbsp oil, then stir in green onions, Spam, and vegetables. Cook 4 min., until vegetables are warm and Spam is browned. Add the rice and oyster sauce. Cook 3–5 min., until heated through, stirring often. Return eggs to skillet, stirring to combine. Remove from heat and stir in pineapple. Serve rice with sriracha.
