Ingredients
>
1 (10 oz) box couscous
>
1 tbsp olive oil
>
1/2 cup pre-diced peppers
>
1 lb ground beef
>
1 tbsp cumin

1 (15.5 oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
>
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Prepare the couscous according to package directions.
2
In a 10-inch skillet, heat the oil on medium-high. Add the peppers, beef, cumin, cinnamon, paprika, and turmeric. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the ground beef 8–10 min., until browned, breaking up with the back of a wooden spoon.
