Spicy Black Bean Burger Tex-Mex Pita

Ingredients

> 1 Morningstar Farms ® spicy black bean veggie burger
> 1/2 cup baby romaine lettuce or torn romaine lettuce
> 1 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise
> 2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
> 1/4 medium avocado, pitted, peeled and chopped
> 2 tablespoons salsa
> 1/2 whole-wheat pita bread round
> 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese *
> 5 baked tortilla chips ( optional )

Cook burger according to package directions.

Meanwhile, in small bowl toss together lettuce, mayonnaise and cilantro. In another bowl stir together avocado and salsa.

Fill pita with lettuce mixture, burger, cheese and avocado mixture. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
