Ingredients

> 2 (15 oz) cans chickpeas
> 2 tbsp tahini
> 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
> 1 tbsp harissa spice blend

Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Set all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and whiz until fully combined. Season with salt to taste.
