Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp cumin
>
1 tsp chili powder
>
1 tsp garlic powder
>
1/2 tsp oregano
>
4 (about 1 lb) boneless pork chops
>
1 cup Taste of Inspirations® Corn and Chili Salsa
>
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves

Heat a large skillet on medium high heat.

Add the oil to the hot skillet, Mix together cumin, chili powder, garlic powder and oregano in a small bowl. Rub on both sides of the pork chops and season with salt and pepper.

Add pork chops to the hot oil. Cook for 2-3 mins or until dark brown. Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 min.

Add the corn salsa to the pan. Reduce heat to medium low and cook for 3-4 min or until pork chops are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 145F.

Tear the cilantro leaves and sprinkle on top of the pork chops and corn. Serve with rice, potatoes or your favorite side.
