Ingredients

> 1 cup red quinoa
> 1 cup strawberries
> 1 (5 oz) pkg Nature's Promise® Organic Baby Kale
> 1/4 cup Simply Enjoy Champagne Pear Vinaigerette
> 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Steps

Cook the quinoa according to package directions. Spread out onto a large platter or baking sheet to cool.

Trim and halve the strawberries.

In a large bowl, combine the baby kale, strawberries, and cooled quinoa.

Add the vinaigrette and toss until well-coated.
